Each meeting room in the Bruno Conference Center has it’s own unique style and features. Below is a list of each room and its fixtures.

Linn-Henley Auditorium:

The premier meeting space in the Bruno Conference Center is the Linn-Henley Auditorium. It is able to seat 300 theatre style, 174 classroom style, or 160 at round tables. The Auditorium features the latest in meeting technology including:

  • 9’x12’ rear-projection screen utilizing a JVC-Hughes projector
  • AMX control system
  • Dual Navitar slide projectors
  • Elmo document camera
  • Navitar slide-to-video converter
  • Extron scan convertor for computer projection
  • Mackie 16-channel mixing console
  • Sony S-VHS VCR
  • CD player
  • Dual cassette tape deck
  • Hearing-assisted listening devices
  • Electric slide screen
  • Sound system
  • Podium with clock, LCD display and electronic height adjustment
  • Satellite downlink capability through in-house cable
  • Lutron dimmable lighting system
  • Data connections with Internet access
  • Conference phone

Most of these items operate from our Auditorium Control Booth where our Audiovisual technicians will be happy to show you how to put all of the equipment to work for you.

The breakout space for our Auditorium is located in the Bruno Conference Center lobby. With high, pitched ceilings and generous amounts of free space, the lobby is the perfect spot for registering participants or displaying vendors and exhibits. Also located in the lobby, our information desk can help you with any last minute details that may arise including copying, faxing, etc.



 Board Room:

The Board Room is designed as a functioning boardroom. This room seats 12 in high-backed leather chairs around a long, rectangular granite/wood table in this upscale meeting room. Features include:

  • TV/VCR
  • Built-in slide projector
  • Electric screen
  • Dimmable lighting
  • Blackout shades
  • Conference phone
  • Whiteboard with markers
  • Flipcharts with corkboard holders
  • Satellite downlink capability through in-house cable
  • Data connections with Internet access

The Board Room also houses our PictureTel 4000ZX dual-monitored videoconferencing system which is capable of connecting across our in-house T1 line or via ISDNs for two-channel bonded calls at speeds up to 384. This room also features a conference phone for use with our 48-port audio bridge to insure that should you need to conduct an audio conference, we can handle as many participants as you would like.


 Meeting Rooms 2, 3 and 4:

Meeting Rooms 2,3,and 4 can each seat 24 at tables or 30 with chairs only. With the ability to connect each room together, you can double or triple those seating totals depending on how many rooms you require. Individual classrooms feature:

  • Slide projector with AMX wireless remote
  • Overhead projector Screen
  • Whiteboard with markers
  • Dimmable lighting Blackout shades
  • Satellite downlink capability through in-house cable
  • Data connections with Internet access

When used together the rooms feature the same technology with the addition of a sound system and wired microphone.


Computer Lab:

Need a space to do computer training? Here’s your answer. The Computer Lab features eight student PC’s and one instructor PC. The instructor PC is connected to an LCD data projector that is shown in the front of the classroom. If you have a particular application or program with which you’d like to train, please call us with the details and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Each computer includes:

  • Pentium II 233 mhz
  • 17-inch monitor
  • CD-ROM drive
  • 3.5” floppy drive
  • External speakers
  • LAN connection with Internet access
  • Windows 98 with Microsoft Office

 Mary Bruno Hall:

The Mary Bruno Hall is a five-tiered classroom with all the latest in technology. Normally used for medical conferences, this 31-seat classroom features adjustable leather armchairs and wooden desks that extend the length of the tiers. Whether you need a lecture hall with computer projection or a small theatre to review the latest educational videotapes, this room has it all. Technology available in this room includes:

  • Barco projector
  • Dual Sony Cube monitors
  • S-VHS VCR
  • AMX wireless room control system
  • Extron scan converter for computer input
  • Dual slide projectors with AMX wireless remote
  • Sound system with wired microphone
  • Whiteboard with markers
  • Dimmable lighting
  • Satellite downlink capability through in-house cable Data connections with Internet access

 Brandli Room:

The Brandli Room has room to seat 30 at tables or 40 with chairs only. The room houses a built-in slide projector, overhead projector, in-house cable with satellite downlink capability and electric screen. It also features a nook for refreshment or registration tables at the entrance.
